It’s that time again, time to resent the fact that meal planning makes my life easier.
Monday: I accidentally bought a butternut squash the size of a small toddler (“accidentally” as in I saw it and passed out from how hilarious it was and regained consciousness in my car holding a 42lb squash.) I’m going to make this Cheesy Winter Squash Gratin and serve it with pot roast.
Tuesday: Monday leftovers.
Wednesday: Loaded Baked Potato Soup served with green salad.
Thursday: Fish Pie served with green salad.
Friday: Sausage and Gnocchi Soup served with garlic sautéed green beans and broccoli.
